Tanzania Green Revive Organization (TGR) is a registered non-governmental organization operating in Tanzania established with a vision of promoting environmental restoration, climate resilience, and sustainable community development.
The organization was founded in 2025 by a team passionate about conservation, ecosystem restoration, and empowering communities to take action toward a sustainable future.
Following its establishment, TGR went through the official registration process and was formally recognized by the Government of Tanzania on 19 April 2026 under Registration number 00NGO/R/9715. The official launch of TGR took place on 10 May 2026 at its Headquarters office in Morogoro municipal, marking an important milestone in the organization’s journey toward advancing environmental conservation and sustainable development initiatives.
Since its establishment, TGR has focused on creating practical solutions through ecosystem restoration, community empowerment, climate education and climate smart agriculture
Tanzania Green Revive focuses on implementing impactful environmental and community-based solutions that address climate challenges, promote sustainable development and improve relationship between people and nature. Our efforts are driven by the following strategic areas
